Never allows me to log into
I have tried to connect to this company on many occasions.
But while I can connect across the Web to anythng else, I and receive my emails reliably, I have never been able to get any turther than typing in my email address on the login page..
Little green leaves then fan happily on my screen for up to 15 minutes. That's the point at which I give up.
I hope you do a good job in lots of ways for many people. Just not for me!

The store decided at 1.57pm that it had no food when I was waiting to collect as my pickup time was 2pm. I paid travel fare to get into town to collect and went home with nothing they didn’t give me a single thing, not even a coffee for my troubles or anything. I was still charged for the order. I don’t believe they had no food at 2pm I think it was an excuse to cancel and won’t use this app again.

This was a end of school year treat for my child. And cancelled at last minute.
I won't bother again.

Cafe Nero Torquay- poor communication
Cafe Nero in Torquay cancelled order 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time, despite receiving confirmation of order. No apology, but I was already in the store, while the young lady did the cancelling. Either cancel timely or remove yourself from the scheme.
7 Bags of Stale Popcorn for £3.50
First time using the app, got a bag "worth £10" but down to £3.50 on the app from a local shop (Londis). Ordered it to see what it would be like.
It was mostly 7 bags of Popcorn (standard snack size) that were a month out of date (best before June) and were so stale they just went in the bin. We got a bag of Aero Mint mini Eggs (in date) and a 2-month old block of chocolate (best before in May).
So for £3.50 we got a bar of chocolate (£1 in the shop) and a bag of mini eggs (£1.50 in the shop). Waste of time and money.

Toby Carving Oulton turn up no food
We ordered from Toby Carving Oulton for their Vegetarian carvery Too Good To Go. Arrived to find they cancelled our order while we were on our way to collect. Not impressed they shouldn’t have allowed us to order in the first place. They refunded the money but offered nothing for the inconvenience or the petrol we used travelling there and back which is about 9 miles.

Brilliant concept
I have only tried one bag, from Costa and was extremely pleased. I think too good to go is an excellent idea, as well as being environmentaly friendly, who doesn't like a bargain!
Really easy to use app, and this is from someone who struggles with technology!
Reserved a bag from pound bakery for tomorrow, so fingers crossed!
Good, occasional issues
Been using this for a while and it's mostly great. Occasionally get bad food, but they are pretty good at refunding if there are issues. 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes customer service is absolutely appalling. However, I rarely need to contact them.

I've used this app 16 or so times now, I think the concept is fantastic and I've had some really good experiences, the first harvester rotisserie meal I got was great.. The amount of food was what should be expected, but on the 2nd visit they had halfed the portion size!! I feel the app needs to take more control on businesses that are simple selling for profit and taking advantage of customers.
Some of the other meals have also been either to hard/stale to eat, just because something doesn't have mould on, it doesn't means it's good to eat!! A rock hard loaf of sourdough bread went in the bin!
Some cakes looked lovely but again the sponge was stale and not enjoyable.
Very few retailers are giving the actual 3x the value /price, I'm finding the more I use the app the more dissatisfied I am, this is not solely the apps fault, it is more the businesses signing up that are not following the guidelines /rule, this problem I feel should be handled /tackled by the app as customers are being mislead or ripped off, also customers need to leave more details in their review so other customers are aware of the reality of what they might get!
I will continue to use the app as I strongly believe in saving food waste but I'm not about to start eating stale food or pay over the odds for food that I could buy fresher for a few £ extra, unfortunately this is the case, I am collecting a roast from Robins farm today so I will contact the app if I'm dissatisfied again, hopefully not!
The last time I ordered from greggs
The last time I ordered from greggs , the food was excellent and vegetarian
Unfortunately, I orderd yesterday got a cheese and ham sandwich and a cheese and chicken pie. I went back to the shop and asked her to change the contents to anything vegetarian, but unfortunately she refused. I told her that I chose the contents to be vegetarian, but she was designed and she refused to change the contents and unfortunately I destroyed it. I hope he has flexibility in choices.
I’m really disappointed so far
I’m really disappointed so far. The first one was a place recommended by my friend who got a whole bag of stuff every time they went. When I booked I got 2 stale egg rolls.
I decided to give it another try and managed to get a Starbucks one and went all the way to collect on the bus (£4 bus fare there and back) only for them to cancel on me on route deciding they didn’t have anything for me.
If you’re gonna offer bags then make sure you actually have some not just cancel when people are on their way to collect! They didn’t even offer to make me a drink or anything for my troubles. Turned around and went home with nothing and deleted the app, it’s also worth mentioning I was charged for both “meals”.
I can see that they just copy paste the exact same response to everyone on here without even reading the query, so that evidence how little they care about customer satisfaction.
Waste of petrol
I have bought 2 bags recently and travelled a considerable distance each time to collect them only to be told in the store that my bags have been cancelled as the store did not have enough items. This is very annoying as petrol is so expensive at the moment. I don't think I will be using the app again.
